* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carol Cramer
Carol A. Cramer, age 75 of St. Henry, died Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Kindred Hospital, Dayton.
She was born June 7, 1943 in Ft. Recovery, to the late Ernie & Alvina (Eyink) Borgerding. In 1962 she married Robert H. Cramer and he survives in St. Henry.
She is also survived by three children, Christine & Ross Dalton of Middletown, Kimberly & Rob Steward of Farmersville, and Kevin & Carrie Cramer of St. Henry, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother Dennis Borgerding.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, where she was a communion distributor and a member of the Daughters of Isabella, and the Altar Rosary Sodality. Carol was a graduate of Ft. Recovery High School, a member of the National Honor Society and had earned the State Homemakers Degree.
She loved caring for people, working as a home health aide, later working at Briarwood, and for many years working for Hospice in Mercer, Darke, and Jay Counties. Carol enjoyed traveling especially to the Smokey Mountains, also Ballroom dancing, bowling, helping with activities at the Gardens at St. Henry and spending time with her family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Monday, June 18, 2018 at St. Henry Church.
Friends may call from 2:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday and 9:00 to 10:00 am Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Briarwood Activity Fund.
