Michaela Siefring, a 2015 Tri Star Career Compact medical preparatory graduate signs her name as part of the Tri Star 2.0 building project's beam-signing ceremony on Wednesday. The $25 million facility is being built across State Route 703 from Wright State University-Lake Campus, Celina. Tri Star director Tim Buschur said construction is on schedule and about 15-20 percent complete.
