Workers continue construction on Tuesday morning of the steel structure for the new 100,000-square-feet Tri Star Career Compact 2.0 building. The $25 million facility is being built across State Route 703 from Wright State University-Lake Campus, Celina. Tri Star director Tim Buschur said construction is on schedule and about 15-20 percent complete.
