An Indiana woman was injured in a crash at the intersection of state routes 49 and 29 in Washington Township at about 10:17 a.m. Tuesday, according to Mercer County sheriff's reports. Kathleen Miller, 60, of Celina was traveling southbound in her 2012 Chevrolet on State Route 49 when she stopped at the stop sign. She reportedly then failed to yield to Beverly Schindler, 82, of Geneva, Indiana, who was traveling eastbound on State Route 29 in a 2004 Chevrolet with passenger Ann Fosnaugh, 74, of Berne, Indiana. Schindler refused medical transport for her injuries. All parties were wearing their safety belts, and alcohol is not considered to be a factor, the report said.
