* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 945 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 639 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Rockford, Mendon, Tama, Neptune and Chattanooga.

Celina Main Street work

VTF Excavation crews on Monday continue work on the North Main Street improvement project. The water-line replacement project also entails replacing curbs, sidewalks, storm sewers and other miscellaneous work on a 3,400-lineal-foot section from Fulton Street to Summit Street.
