* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 945 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 639 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Rockford, Mendon, Tama, Neptune and Chattanooga.

China Wok stands closed on Thursday evening. Owners Kang Yong Chen and Mei Yu Zheng have been charged with tampering with records after an investigation into allegations of a human-trafficking operation, according to Celina Municipal Court records.
