Joe Monbeck, Democratic candidate for the 84th Ohio House District, speaks at the grand opening of the Mercer County Democrats Headquarters at 118 W. Fayette St., Celina. The headquarters will be open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday until the November elections.
