* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Gamble
Robert L. Gamble, 88, of rural Celina, passed away Friday morning at his residence.
He was born on March 26, 1930, in Van Wert County, the son of the late Leo Virgil and Helen (Roop) Gamble. On October 16, 1971, he married the former Carol A. Lawson who survives.
Other family members include his children, Rusty L. (Linda) Gamble of Van Wert, Tina (Tom) Wannemacher of Van Wert, Toni Bartley of Van Wert, Michelle (Travis) Dickson of Convoy and Kristie (Jim) Harshman of Ohio City; a brother, Max L. (Linda) Gamble of Van Wert; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Besides his parents, Robert was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia E. Missler Kyle and a grandson, Clayton Collins.
Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Bordens Foods in Van Wert.
There will be private services at the convenience of the family.
