* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Darke and Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 929 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Recovery, Sharps Crossing, Greenville, Coldwater, Union City, St. Henry, Ansonia, Burkettsville, North Star, Rossburg, New Weston, Rose Hill, Brock, Cosmos, andPikeville.

Marilyn Winner
Marilyn A. Winner age 77, of Fort Loramie, Ohio, died at 7:45 AM on Monday, October 15, 2018 at her home.
She was born on February 19, 1941 in Piqua, Ohio to the late William J. & Mildred (Borchers) Barhorst. She married Jerry F. Winner on November 22, 1962 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Newport, Ohio. He survives in Fort Loramie.
She is also survived by children: Denise & Phil Younts, Cincinnati, Doug & Julie Winner, Cincinnati, Krista & Randy Dues, Loveland, Kathy & Mark Speelman, Maria Stein, Jon & Jenny Winner, St. Henry, Dean & Shalin Winner, Troy, 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sister & brother: Janice Prenger, Russia, Jerry & Sheila Barhorst, Russia, sisters-in-law: Marlene & Bob Sanders, Hudson, Ohio, Carol & Sam Morgan, Dayton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, in-laws Al & Hilda Winner, brother-in-law Fred Prenger, brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law: Ginny & Whitey Thobe, Orville & Esther Winner, Rosemary & Joe Wood, Joan & Ken Tragesser and Joe Dorsten.
She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality and St. Michael Choir. She was a graduate of Russia High School. Marilyn was a member of the Knights of St. John Auxiliary, Ft. Loramie Racing Club and Minster Eagles F.O.E. #1391. She loved following her grandchildren's activities, enjoyed cooking & baking and was an avid Reds fan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Friday, October 19, 2018 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie with Rev. Steven Shoup celebrant, burial to follow in St. Michael Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2 PM to 8 PM on Thursday, October 18 and on Friday, October 19 from 9 AM to 10 AM.
The family requests donation be made to Wilson Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
