* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ansley Manger
Ansley Jo Manger was carried home to Heaven by the Angels, a year after she was born. She was born on October 5, 2017 in Van Wert, Ohio, and left her earthly home on October 22, 2018.
Ansley had a smile that could light up a room; she melted everyone's hearts she came in contact with. She was a fighter from day one - there was never a dull moment with her around!
She is survived by her loving mommy, Haley N. Phillips and her daddy, Trey M. Manger, of Rockford, along with maternal grandparents, Bruce and Brandy Bollenbacher of Rockford; paternal grandparents, Brian and Brenda Manger of Botkins; and paternal grandmother, Judy Larger of New Bremen. Ansley will also be missed by uncles, Corbin (Brooke) Phillips, Rockford; Tyson Mobley, Celina; Ralph (Lisa) Stoker, Bellville; Dylan (Jayla) Baker, Rockford; and Cody Manger, Columbus. Great-grandparents lovingly remembering Ansley are Ronda Manger, Russell Phillips, Elmer Jr. and Janice Larger, and Carol Zizelman.
Awaiting her in Heaven are great-grandparents, Roger and Cathy Bruns, Carolyn Phillips, and Eugene Manger.
Services will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Rockford, with Rev. Catherine Beckett officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Friends and relatives may call prior to the service at 11:00 a.m. up until the service at 2:00 p.m.
