* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

David Diller
David Carl Diller, age 84, died peacefully Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at the Bluffton Mennonite Home surrounded by his family.
Born February 6, 1934 in Bluffton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Dennis & Ella (Roethlisberger) Diller. Dave married his wife of 62 years, Mary L Stemen Diller, on July 14, 1956.
Mary survives along with sons, Michael (Christine Gerdeman), Randy (Mary Verhoff) and Jon (Lisa Blankemeyer). This union provided nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren: Jared (Abby) Diller - Jackson & Jocelyn; Mandy (Matthew) Wendel - Aubrey, Rigley & Lainey; Tony (Vicki) Diller - Ezekiel, Zoe & Theo; Brooke (Neil) Cassidy - Aidan & Lydia; Brent (Allison) Diller - Jobe & Abe; Courtney (Logan) Rieman - Braxton; Jena (Tony) Reindel - Dawson; Clay (Rachel Schumacher) Diller and Logan Diller. Dave is also survived by his daughter in-law Cathy (Schroeder) Diller, his twin sister Marian Busick, and sister-in-law Doris Diller.
He was preceded in death by his parents, children Robert and Dalene Ellen, brothers Harold (Marian), Nolan, Howard (Juanita), infant brother Wayne Diller, along with his in-laws Elmer & Harriet Stemen.
Dave was a graduate of the first consolidated class of Pandora Gilboa High School in 1952. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Dave retired from McGee Grain, Bluffton in 1996 and had previously held positions in feed sales, elevator operations, along with working for the Village of Columbus Grove.
Dave was a handy man that could fix or build most anything and was always willing to provide his skills for anyone in need. He was a life-time fan of the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes. He was also a member of the CG Lions Club and enjoyed his many years of driving school bus for extracurricular activities especially the Cross Country team.
Dave's faith was a huge part of his daily life. He was a member of the St. Johns United Methodist Church in Columbus Grove and was active as a youth director, Sunday school teacher, trustee, and lay speaker. He had a great influence on many of the youth that he enjoyed sharing his faith with over the years including his children.
Memorial Services for Dave will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 5, 2018 at the St. Johns United Methodist Church in Columbus Grove with Pastor Gary Ginter officiating. Burial will follow in Truro Cemetery in Columbus Grove.
Friends may call Sunday from 1:00-8:00 pm and from 9:30-10:30 am Monday, at Hartman Sons Funeral Home, Columbus Grove, Ohio.
