Local historical researcher Harry Frech, who taught history and government at Parkway Local Schools for many years, recently tells the amazing and strange tale of The Lost Soldier of Chikamauga, to the Western Ohio Civil War Roundtable members at the Richardson-Bretz Building in Celina.
