* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Montgomery Field sustained heavy damage in the tornado. The facility was later through the efforts of the Celina Baseball Association, a nonprofit organization that includes Celina varsity baseball coach Andy Mikesell and players' parents, with donations from the community and businesses.
