Phyllis A. Hines, 80, Elida and formerly of Celina, died on Nov. 18, 2018, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
Services are at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Elida, Pastor Neal Whitney officiating.
Calling is from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville; Thursday at the family home; and from 1-2 p.m. Friday at the church.
