* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joe Boley
Joe L. Boley, age 83, of rural Coldwater, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born December 9, 1934, in Wabash, Ohio, to the late Thomas & Kathleen (LaRue) Boley.
Joe married Shirley Rae Kuhn on November 22, 1957, and she survives, along with their daughter and son: Leisa Boley (Kent) Hellwarth and Jerry Boley, of Celina. Sisters-in-law: Mary M. Boley of Celina, and Mary R. Boley of Nelsonville, also survive.
Joe was preceded in death by his Brothers: Roger Max & Neal Boley, and John Martin Boley, who died in childhood.
A 1952 graduate of Celina High School, Joe was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having been stationed in the United States. Joe retired from the Goodyear Plant in St. Marys on February 1, 1997, and had served a term as President of the Local United Rubber Workers Union. He also farmed, and raised purebred Chester White Hogs.
Joe was a member of the Mercer County Fair Board, and served as the Swine Superintendent for many years. Joe had attended the Wabash United Church of Christ for a number of years, and was a lifelong member of the Unity Grange in Mercer County.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 24, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Richard Van Horn, officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling Hours are 2-4:00 & 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, November 23, and an hour before time of services on Saturday, at the Funeral Home.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
