* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rev. Robert Ellis
Rev. Robert L. Ellis, age 98, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 8:05 am in The Gardens at Celina.
He was born January 22, 1920 in Mercer County to the late John L. and Mary (Hole) Ellis. On April 9, 1939 he married Marjorie B. (Eichenauer) Ellis, and she preceded him in death on June 1, 2015.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Sue (Ernest L.) Draper, Celina; two grandsons, Robert B. (Pam) Draper, Alabama, David L. (Ashley) Draper, Alabama; three great grandchildren, Tyler (Crystal) Draper, Alabama, Jesslyn Draper, Alabama, and Kassie (Blake) Ray, Alabama; and three great great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by three brothers, John Jr., Bevan, Marvin Ellis; three sisters, Deloris Reynolds, Linda Ross, and Hope Fetters, and a grandson, Keith Draper.
Rev. Ellis attended Celina Senior High School and graduated from Olivet Nazarene College Bible School, Kankakee, Illinois. He was elected President of the 1950 Senior Class. He was an Ordained Minister in Church of the Nazarene, and was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Celina, Ohio. He and Mrs. Ellis pastored churches in Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Alabama, and Chaplin at Lakeland, Florida, Holiness Camp Ground.
While pastoring in Ohio, he held the following District Church of the Nazarene offices, Secretary of the Executive Board of the Nazarene Center, St. Marys, Trustee of Nazarene Center, Secretary of Nazarene Center, President of Lima Zone Growing People, President of Northern Hall of Western Ohio District Ministerial Association consisting of sixty-five churches, Secretary and Treasurer of St. Marys Ministerial Association.
Since retiring from pastoral ministry, he has been very active as a special speaker in different churches and also as a staff member of Cisco Funeral Home, Celina and St. Marys, Ohio.
Visitation hours will be from 1-5 pm, Sunday, December 2, 2018 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm on Monday in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Chris Riffle, Rev. Larry Fox, Rev. Dale Boeger, and Rev. John Ray officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, OH.
