* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carol Gaston
Carol J. Gaston, age 69 of Celina, Ohio died following a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at her home on Grand Lake.
She was born August 26, 1949 in Urbana, Illinois to the late Frank & Ella Bright.
She is survived by her husband John Gaston; children, Brandi (Travis) Young and Bret (Lindsey) Gaston; step-children, John (Tiffany) Gaston and Stephanie (Ben) Gregg; nine grandchildren; and sisters, Patti Garwood and Susan (Harry) Bokker.
Carol graduated from Urbana High School and worked for USI Cable Corp in Piqua.
As per her wishes private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
