* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Jeanette Schmiesing
Jeanette A. Schmiesing age 88, of Egypt, Ohio, died at 12:55 AM on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born on October 31, 1930 to the late Alvin & Alvina (Dippold) Bertke in Maria Stein, Ohio. She married Maurice M. Schmiesing on January 31, 1951 in Maria Stein, Ohio and he preceded her in death on March 27, 2009.
She is survived children: Judith & Fred Godwin, Troy, Daniel & Linda Schmiesing, Fort Loramie, Roland & Rose Schmiesing, Minster and Mary Jo & Tom Gabel, Minster, as well as 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren plus 2 on the way, 4 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren, daughter-in-law Cindy Medley, Findlay, brother Bob & Linda Bertke, Texas and sister-in-laws Marge Bertke, Celina and Yolanda Schmiesing, New Bremen and brother-in-law Virgil Wermert, Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by two sons Nicholas and David, grandson Matthew, siblings Mary & Elmer Riethman, Don Bertke, Tom & Nancy Bertke, in-laws, Walter & Mary Ann Schmiesing, Georgianna & Ed Wendeln, Elmer & Dorothy Schmiesing, Greg Schmiesing, Viona Wermert, Don & Joan Schmiesing.
Jeanette helped on the farm and graduated from St. John High School in 1948. She worked as 1st secretary for Leugers Insurance Agency until 1951.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Egypt where she was a sacristan, communion distributor, bereavement minister, member of the choir, and a member of St. Anne's Ladies sodality. She also volunteered for the Minster Area Life Squad and Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
Jeanette had a great devotion to the Blessed Mother and was a member of the MTA Schoenstatt, the Legion of Mary and the Adoration Guild of Maria Stein Relic Shrine.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Saturday, January 5, 2019 St. Joseph Church with Rev. Louis Schmit celebrant, burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3 PM to 8 PM on Friday, January 4, and Saturday from 9 AM to 10 AM.
