* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roger Brewer
Roger Allen Brewer, 65, of St. Marys, OH passed away at 6:55 am on Friday, January 4, 2019 at Harry Truman Memorial V.A. in Columbia, MO.
Roger was born to Benjamin and Peggy (Worley) Brewer on April 21, 1953 in Celina, OH. He married the mother of his two children, Debra Lou Clouner on October 28, 1972. They later divorced May 10, 1989. He then married Elaine Landers on April 11, 1997 and they were together till the day of his passing.
Survivors include his daughter Nichole (Gary) Patterson of Celina, OH; 2 granddaughters Brittnay Schlueter (Kyle Engert) of Cedar Hill, TN and Alexis Watkins of Celina, OH and one grandson Louis Watkins of Celina, OH and one great-granddaughter Dakota Maeleigh Perry of Cedar Hill, TN. His daughter Bobbi (Jon) Redding of St. Marys, OH; Two granddaughters Emily and Jordan Carolus of St. Marys, OH. One step grandchild Milo Redding of New Hampshire and one step grandson Gavin Redding of St. Marys, OH. One brother Don Brewer of Detroit, MI; three half- sisters Lola (Logan) Fair of Sidney, OH; Billie Brewer (John Doyle) of Sidney, OH; Beth (Tyson) Houts of Sidney, OH and several nieces and nephews. His wife of 22 years Elaine (Landers) of Kansas City, MO; step-daughter Shelly (Ben) Caseio and two step-grandsons Brandon and Jake of Kansas City, MO; step-daughter Jennifer Steiner and two step-granddaughters Madison and Sophia of Overland Park, MO.
Roger was preceded in death by both of his parents Benjamin Brewer and Peggy (Worley) Boyle and step-father Scotty Boyle and step-mother Claudia Brewer.
Roger retired after 22 years of service as a Chief Master Sergeant with the Fire Department in the United States Air Force. He loved his wife, his children and his dogs. He will be greatly missed by all.
Arrangements have been made by Heartland Cremation and Burial Society in Columbia, MO.
