* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gayle McMillan Davis
Gayle went to join the Lord on Jan. 6, 2019. She fought cancer for 3 years, and it took her at age 65 at her home in Oceanside, California.
Gayle grew up on the family farm in Mercer County, Ohio, graduating from Coldwater High School in 1972. From there she earned a degree in Business Management from The Ohio State University in 1981.
After running her own business in Columbus, Ohio, Gayle took off with her husband on an RV tour of the United States and Canada that lasted 3 years. Gayle and Bill decided to stay in Oceanside, CA, where she became a Kitchen Designer for the Home Depot until her retirement in 2016.
She will be cremated, and her ashes returned to her beloved farm. Gayle is survived by her brother Tom of Coldwater, Ohio, and brother Larry of Walworth, New York, plus numerous nieces and nephews and their children.
