* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lesha Vice
Lesha Vice, 49, of Coldwater, OH passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
Lesha was born on August 20, 1969 in Lima, OH, a daughter of the late Ronald and Linda Watt Hartoon.
Lesha is survived by her companion, Jason Vice, their daughter, Sienna, a brother, Ronald Hartoon, Jr. of California and her puppy, Marvin.
Lesha was a 1987 graduate of Aptos High School in California, she earned her associate degree from Northwestern Business College in Lima. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining family and friends. She was extremely proud of her daughter, Sienna.
A celebration of Lesha's life will take place at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview.
