* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Elizabeth Hoyng
Elizabeth "Betty Jo" Hoyng, age 86 of Coldwater, died Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Mercer Health Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born May 19, 1932 in Columbus to the late Leo & Margaret (Obringer) Pfister. On June 18, 1955 she married Thomas J. Hoyng and he survives in Coldwater.
She is survived by children, Joseph & Mary Hoyng of Coldwater, Michael Hoyng & Jan Sanger of Wisconsin, Daniel & Cheryl Hoyng of Coldwater, Mark Hoyng of Minster, Mary Helen & Jay Moeder of Maryland and Dave & Lynn Hoyng all of Coldwater; fourteen grandchildren; ten Great-Grandchildren; sisters, Mary Kathleen Behr of Pennsylvania and Anna Lee Wood of Cincinnati; in-laws Rev. William Hoyng of Carthagena, Joan & Bob Vonderharr of Celina, Janet Hoyng of Loveland, Joyce & Brian Forschner of Loveland.
She was preceded in death by in-laws, George Behr & Donald Wood.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality of the church and the St. Cecelia Knights of St. John Auxiliary in Coldwater. Betty retired from the Mercer County Home. She knitted prayer shawls for various hospitals and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 pm Monday and 9 to 10 am Tuesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Association of Mercer County.
