Karen Rockwell, 70, Wapakoneta, died at 4:21 p.m. Feb. 2, 2019, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
Funeral rites are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Private family burial rites will follow.
