* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Blair Raudabaugh
Blair R. Raudabaugh, age 63, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2019 at his residence in Celina.
He was born on April 10, 1955, in Celina to the late Duard Richard and Joyce (Archbold) Raudabaugh.
He is survived by his sister Peggy Clapper of Zanesville, two nephews; Shane Clapper of Frazeysburg, Aaron Clapper of Columbus and his niece Jamie Clapper of Petersburg, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Linda Raudabaugh and his brother-in-law Eric Clapper.
Blair graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1973 and attended The Ohio State University in Columbus. He was formerly employed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina and the Relizon Corporation in Coldwater.
He was a member of the Celina V.F.W. Post #5713 and the Celina Fraternal Order of Eagles #1291.
Private family services will be held at the family's convenience. Blair will be buried in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
