HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chattanooga, Neptune, Kossuth, State Route 116 at State Route 197, and Tama.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Nancy Roth
Nancy S. Roth, age 72, of Celina, passed away at 9:05 pm on February 12, 2019 at the Grande Lake Healthcare Center in St. Marys, Ohio.
She was born on December 18, 1946 in Winchester, Indiana, to the late Homer Fisher & Dorothy Wendel Borger. On April 8, 1995, Nancy married Roger Roth, who survives in Berne, Indiana.
Nancy was a loving mother to her two sons, Brian (Linda) Seals of Celina and Steve Seals of Celina; she was also a step-mother to Kimberly (Jeff) McDonald and James (Ginger) Roth, all of Indiana. Nancy is also survived by siblings, Wayne Fisher, Jane (Rob) Wendel, and Rita (Rick) Woods, all of Celina as well as grandchildren, Justine, Olivia, Grace, Caden, Andrew, MaDream, and great grandchildren, TaNika, JayRynn and Falyn.
Nancy was also preceded in death by siblings, Terry & Mark Borger and Judy Arnold.
Nancy was a 1965 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School. She went on to work at CTS Corporation in Berne, Indiana and retired from Mersman Furniture in Celina. Nancy was a member of Pleasant Dale Church of the Brethren in Decatur, Indiana. She enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel all the time, attending Bible study, and spending time with her family.
Visitation hours will be from 10:00 am-11:00 am on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Jay Carter officiating. Burial will follow at UCC Cemetery, Rockford, Ohio.
Memorial contributions can be made to Lupus Foundation of America.
