* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charles Beams
Charles "Smiling Charlie" Beams, of Marysville, Ohio, died peacefully Saturday morning, March 2, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was 91 years old.
Charlie was born February 2, 1928, to David and Mabel Williamson Beams in Coldwater, Ohio.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 5th from 4:00-8:00 pm in the sanctuary at the First United Methodist Church in Marysville.
Funeral service will also be held at the Methodist Church on Wednesday, March 6th at 11:00 am, followed by burial at Oakdale Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Charlie's memory can be made to the Union County Cancer Society or the Loving Care Hospice in care of Ingram Funeral Home who is completing arrangements.
