Teresa Miller
Teresa M. Miller DC, of Brookville, IN, passed away at 11:38 a.m. on March 7, 2019.
She was born in Coldwater, OH, on March 20, 1964 to Dan & Phyllis (Dillhoff) Zizelman.
She is survived by her husband Ronald. Three children survive, Luke of Brookville,
Ellen of Milwaukee, WI, and Morgan, at home. Along with her parents, she is survived by brothers, Michael (Nancy) and Brian Zizelman, a sister Ann Bowman, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Lisa Zizelman.
Teresa was a 1982 graduate of Parkway High School, was salutatorian of her class, and graduated from National College of Chiropractic, Chicago, IL. She had a home practice for many years.
Rev. Jeffrey Silver, pastor of St. Marys Catholic Church, will officiate the Memorial Service on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home in Brookville, IN.
