* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Robert Webb
Robert Wayne Webb, age 80, of Mendon, Ohio, passed away on March 9, 2019 at Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, Ohio.
He was born on June 7, 1938, in Celina, Ohio, a son of the late Frank G. and Thera A. (Kohlhorst) Webb. He served in the US Army and worked as a tow motor driver at Huffy Manufacturing for 40 years. He was a member of Sportsman Club, Celina.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers Donald Webb and Albert Lamb.
Robert is survived by 3 sisters, Joan Adams of Mendon, Ohio, Sue Webb of Celina, Ohio, Jane (Henry) Sturm of Englewood, Ohio, and a brother Dr. Rev. Richard (Kay) Lamb of Charleston, West Virginia.
A viewing will be held at Mendon United Methodist Church, on March 17, 2019 from 1 pm to 3 pm. The funeral service will be held March 17, 2019 at 3 pm at the church with Rev. Craig Cisco officiating. Burial will be in North Grove Cemetery, Celina at a later date.
Preferred memorials are to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church 9503 Celina Mendon Road, Celina, Ohio 45822. Flowers may be delivered to Mendon United Methodist Church on Sunday March 17, from 12-1 pm.
