* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Luella Muter
Luella L. Muter, age 91, formerly of Celina, Ohio, passed away at Logan Acres Senior Community in Bellefontaine, Ohio, on March 17, 2019 at 5:15 am.
She was born on July 30, 1927 in Detroit, Michigan, to the late John Arthur and Agnes Ridenour Burd. On December 31, 1945 she married Harold L. Muter, and he preceded her in death on June 1, 2015.
Other survivors include a son, Thomas (Patsy) Muter, Indian Lake, OH; a daughter, Jane Topp, North Fort Meyers, Florida; a brother, Richard (Sandee) Burd, Celina; a sister, Evelyn Horn, Poland, Ohio; four grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by her brothers, William, Arthur, and Harry Burd; and a son-in-law, Stanley Topp.
She was a 1945 graduate of New Bremen High School, and attended Wright State University. Luella worked in many sales jobs throughout her life, ranging from real state to insurance. Later in life she enjoyed playing euchre and BINGO.
She was a member of Montezuma Church of Christ, and a Life Member of Celina V.F.W. Post #5713 Auxiliary.
Memorial services will begin at 12:00 pm on Thursday, March 21, 2019 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Garden in Celina.
