Herbert Harner
Herbert H. Harner, age 89 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the Gardens at Celina.
He was born on May 27, 1929 in Mendon, Ohio to the late Gale and Hazel (Webb) Harner. On Aug. 16, 1952 he married Patricia E. Kittle, who died April 9, 2003.
Survivors include his grandchildren; Jennifer Newbauer of Kettering, Christopher and Christina Newbauer of Celina, great grandchildren; Haley Mauer, Rayann Mauer both of Coldwater, Hannah Woods of Wapakoneta, and his brother Glen Harner of Mendon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter Susan Harner, brothers and sisters-in-law Oreal (Edith) Harner, Rule Harner, Fred (Mary) Harner, Kate Harner, Sisters and brothers-in-law Dorothy (Ted) Manier, Delores (Eldon) Buxton.
Herbert was a Milk Man early in his working career and retired from PK Lumber. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, the Cincinnati Reds Baseball, Cincinnati Bengal's Football, spending time with his family.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at the New Life Apostolic Church in Celina, with Pastor Simon Young officiating.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, at the Church.
