* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Marilyn Ferguson
Marilyn Jean Ferguson, age 61, of Celina, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019, in the Emergency Department at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. She was born January 21, 1958, in Celina. Her parents: Cletus Jr. & Imogene Lois (Canary) Menchhofer, preceded her in death. Marilyn and Rex A. Ferguson were married on April 12, 1975. He survives, along with their three children: Michelle (Rob) Behm, Mike (Jill) Ferguson, and Ryan Ferguson, all of Celina, and four grandsons: Will & Andrew Behm and Marcus & Jack Ferguson.
Also surviving are brothers & sisters: Doug (Sheila) Menchhofer,
Shirley (Dennis) Kunk, and Brenda Menchhofer, all of Celina, and
Richard Menchhofer of Coldwater; and brothers & sisters-in-law: Becky Rasawehr, Max (Joy) Ferguson, Deborah (Tom) Smalley, and James Heffner, all of Celina, Mary Jo (Steve) Muhlenkamp of Portland, IN, and Peggy (Mike) Stroh of Wapakoneta.
Marilyn was preceded in death by three brothers: Dennis Menchhofer and twins Donald & Ronald Menchhofer, a sister-in-law, Beverly Heffner, and brother-in-law, Kenneth Rasawehr.
Marilyn attended Celina High School. She was a homemaker, and
helped on the family farm. She particularly enjoyed taking care of
the farm animals. Marilyn loved working outdoors, mowing and
gardening, and had a green thumb.
Private Family Services are planned, with Rev. Mark Wakeland, officiating. Burial will be at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina. Memorial Contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Church of God, Celina.
