* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Herbert Hay
Herbert E. "Nub" Hay, age 103, of Coldwater, died on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born February 23, 1916 in Coldwater, to the late Earl & Ocie (Yaney) Hay. He married Eunice S. "Mutz" (Kettler) on February 10, 1958, and she died February 10, 2014.
He is survived by a daughter, Christine Selhorst of Lake Worth, Florida and a sister-in-law Pat Hay of Coldwater.
He is preceded in death by a son-in-law, Martin Selhorst; brothers and sisters, Harold "Sunny" Hay, Dorothy Andrew, Cliford Hay, Donald Hay, Betty Flesch and Lou Leen.
He was a member of Coldwater United Methodist Church and Coldwater V.F.W. Nub worked at the City Restaurant for 20 years, he was the first to receive a CDL license in Mercer County, he started hauling milk for Rex Jenkins and then as an independent driver for National Trailer where he drove over 5 million miles and traveled to every state at least 5 times.
He served as a sergeant in the US Army during WWII in England.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on May 18, 2019 at the Coldwater V.F.W. Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater is handling the arrangements.
