New eatery in former RecPlex building flooded; volunteers help as water recedes

Two young adults who attempted to drive through high water on Burkettsville-St. Henry Road and became stranded were rescued by Celina firefighters early Saturday morning.
Celina Fire Lt. Chris Cline said the pair became stuck on the bridge over Beaver Creek around 2 a.m. and called for help. Firefighters were able to get them to dry land without injury, Cline said. [More]

Local school districts are joining the growing number of businesses and government agencies filing and storing forms online.
Parents of Celina and Fort Recovery students can fill out registration, medical documents and other records online to save the district paper and parents time from filling out the same forms every year, school officials said. [More]
