* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Theodore Penno
Theodore C. Penno, age 78, of rural Coldwater passed away at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, on May 15, 2019.
Ted was born February 9, 1941 in Mercer County to the late Theodore and Rita (Stelzer) Penno.
Ted is survived by a sister, Mary Ann Diller, St. Anthony, and a sister-in-law, Nancy Penno, Coldwater; numerous nieces and nephews, Linda & Michael Pennucci, Kernersville, NC, David & Kendra Penno, Coldwater, Kathleen and Michael Gruss, Coldwater, Phyllis Diller, New Bremen, Robert & Tina Diller and Ronald & Jodi Diller, Coldwater, Janet & James Kronenberger, New Bremen, Michael Diller, Celina, Karen & Brian Ontrop, St. Henry, and Brian & Kimberly Diller, Coldwater.
In addition to his parents, Ted was preceded in death by a brother, John, and a brother-in-law, Joseph Diller.
He graduated from Coldwater High School in 1959 and served in the Ohio National Guard. He was a former employee of New Idea and a lifetime farmer.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Saturday, May 18, 2019. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
