* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Jordan
Robert A. Jordan, 80, of Kenton passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at his residence.
He was born in Kenton on November 14, 1938 to the late Clark and Helen (Engle) Jordan.
On July 10, 1968 he married Sharon Jeffries and she survives along with three children: Jason R. (Dee) Jordan, Angela L. (Brent) Radcliffe, and Chad E. (Kim) Jordan, all of Kenton.
Robert is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Madeline Jordan of Belle Center.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Wayne and Ronald Jordan.
Mr. Jordan was the manager of The Bar Store in Hicksville where he also served as the Village Administrator for several years. Robert was also a farmer and enjoyed classic cars and farm tractors. He was a member of Silver Creek Church.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 3:00-7:00pm at the Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home.
A funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the funeral home, with Pastor Mark Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Silver Creek Church in memory of Robert.
