* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph Scherbauer
Ralph W. Scherbauer, age 84, of Celina, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019, at The Hospice of Dayton.
Ralph was born September 19, 1934 in Dayton to the late William & Rose (Evermann) Scherbauer. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his loving partner of over 50 years, Corabelle "Corky" Akens and by seven siblings.
Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the VFW Post #5713, AMVETS Post #91, American Legion Post #210, the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #1473 and he was a member of the International Association of Turtles.
Ralph is survived by several nieces & nephews and by his special friends, Terry & Donna Temple.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 15, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Chaplain Bob Sweeney will officiate. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
