Members of the Celina Combined Services Appeal board on Wednesday gather in preparation for the annual Combined Services Drive kickoff on Sept. 13. This year's fundraising goal has been set at $120,000, a decrease from last year's $127,500, in light of what area residents have gone through since the Memorial Day tornado.
