CELINA - U.S. Rep Bob Latta, R-Bowling Green, said it's in China's best interest to resolve ongoing trade disputes with the United States but stopped short of saying how long he's willing to wait for that to happen.

Parkway boys, St. Henry girls win team titles

ROCKFORD - Kyle Roth had motivation to win the high school boys race at the Mercer County Cross Country meet on Tuesday.

ST. MARYS - In 2017, then-sophomore Noah Tobin won the boys individual Auglaize County Meet championship and St. Marys swept the high school team titles.
All of those things happened again on Tuesday.
A year after finishing runner-up, Tobin reclaimed the Auglaize County throne and the Roughriders posted a clean sweep in the team standings. [More]

Mercer County's unemployment rate continued to rise in July for the third straight month, but it still has the state's lowest rate.
The rate rose from 2.7% in June to 2.9% in July, up from 2.1% in May, according to statistics from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services.
