* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Homer 'Jack' Frost
Homer "Jack" C. Frost, 95 of Sylvania, Ohio and formerly of Columbus, Ohio, Celina, Ohio, and New Port Richey, Florida, died Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at Charter Senior Living, Sylvania, Ohio.
Born September 28, 1923, in Marion, Ohio, he was the son of Jewell and Eva Mae (Inskeep) Frost. Jack was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in both WWII and the Korean War. He married Dorothy Jean Toms on November 27, 1947. She preceded him in death on October 27, 2003.
Jack oversaw many projects related to computers for Defense Construction Supply in Columbus, Ohio for over 40 years. Jack was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, Ohio, the American Legion, and Marion Masonic Lodge #70, F.&A.M.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Candice (William) Fink and granddaughter, Heather (Richard Jacek) Fink. He was also preceded in death by a brother, LeRoy Frost and sister, Carol Esterline.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am-11:00 am, Thursday, September 5, 2019, at St. John Lutheran Church, 1100 N. Main St., Celina, OH 45822, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, Ohio.
Memorials may be made to St. John Builders or ProMedica Hospice.
