* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carol Lacy
Carol Louisa Lacy, age 86, of Celina, passed away Monday, September 23, 2019, at the Sarah Jane Living Center in Delphos.
She was born September 29, 1932, in Van Wert, County, to the late Dewey C. & Frances N. (Bevington) Butler. Carol married Alfred Lacy on June 13, 1973, and he preceded her in death on December 16, 1998.
She is survived by her children: Phyliss Dabe, Dean (Carol) Longsworth and Roy Longsworth, all of Celina, four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Carol was preceded in death by a son, Ervin L. Okeley, on November 3, 2016, brothers & sisters: Harold Butler, Johnie Henry Butler, Ida "Jerrie" Beach and Alvina Brandt, son-in-law, Keith Dabe, and an infant daughter, Naomi Longsworth.
A Homemaker, Carol had worked as a Nursing Assistant at Colonial Nursing Center in Rockford, and also for other area nursing homes. She was a member of the Celina Baptist Temple and Celina Moose Lodge #1473. As a pastime, Carol enjoyed crocheting afghans.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, September 26, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. Pastor Steve Clayton will officiate. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.
Calling Hours are from 2:00-6:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 25, and 12 Noon-1:00 P.M. on Thursday, at the Funeral Home.
