Temperatures dropping to readings from the lower 30s to upper 30s along with light winds and clear skies will allow for patchy frost to develop in protected areas this morning.

Accident under investigation

A box truck struck a utility pole when the driver tipped the vehicle onto its side Monday morning along Hayes Road in Center Township. The cause of the accident is being investigated, and the driver was uninjured, according to Mercer County Sheriff's Officer personnel at the scene.
