* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sally L. Harruff, 86, Wapakoneta, died at 6:15 p.m. Nov. 18, 2019, at her residence.
Rites are at 3 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West), St. Marys, Pastor Bryan Harruff officiating. Private family burial will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
