Travis M. Fullenkamp
Travis M. Fullenkamp, age 39, of Fort Recovery, passed away on December 7, 2019 of injuries sustained from an auto accident December 7, 2019 in Mercer County, Ohio. He was born November 19, 1980, in Coldwater, to Matt and Deb (Kaiser) Fullenkamp, who survive in Fort Recovery.
Also surviving are his siblings, Holly (Nik) Brunswick of Fort Recovery, Chelsea (David) Albers of Fort Recovery, and Lindsay (Joel) Eilerman of Fort Recovery; and his nieces and nephews, Macy, Kolton, Addison and Eva Brunswick, Eli, Kaiser, Sawyer, Waylon, Brooks, & Tess Albers, and Archer & Tillie Eilerman.
Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Leo & Alma Kaiser, and Hugo & Matilda Fullenkamp.
He was a 1999 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. Travis was employed at Precision Strip, Minster, and was co-owner/operator of F & A Poultry, Fort Recovery.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe, and Wendelin Sports Club, Fort Recovery.
Travis never knew a stranger. His infectious personality allowed him to strike a conversation with anyone he would meet. He loved NASCAR and following the Ohio State Buckeyes along with boating and his beloved canine companion, Milo. However, his pride and joy was his nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe, with Fr. Ned Brown as celebrant.
A receiving of friends and celebration of life will follow the funeral mass from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Wendelin Sports Club, Wendelin.
Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, St. Joe.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family request that memorials may be directed to the Travis Fullenkamp Memorial Fund c/o of the Fort Recovery Community Foundation.
