As part of the 100%, 10-year abatement, Hemmelgarn Enterprises, doing business as Hi-Tech Wire, will pay the school district $3,238 per year in lieu of taxes.
Coldwater hospital to restrict visitors
Mercer Health announced Monday the organization is implementing visitor restrictions at Mercer County Community Hospital due to an influenza outbreak.
The state is experiencing widespread influenza, a Mercer Health news release stated.
