The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Mabel Blosser
Mabel M. Blosser, 87, of Celina, OH died Tuesday January 14, 2020 at the Gardens of Celina.
She was born March 17, 1932 in Paulding, OH to Dolan and Blanche (Arnold) Goins.
On September 9, 1950 in Bryan, OH she married Lewis Carlton Blosser, who died July 22, 2005.
Survivors include: daughter Gloria Blosser of Celina, OH; son Lewis (Kathy) Blosser of Celina, OH; son Randy (Deb) Blosser of Arcanum, OH; daughter Janice (Ron) Fields of Celina, OH; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister Delores Miller of Wyomissing, PA; brother Raymond "Son" Goins of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Dolar and Blanche Goins; brother Dwight "Bud" Goins; brother Bobby Goins; brother Dale Goins; sister Betty Hirsch; sister Barbara Tester.
She was a retired production employee from the Huffy Bicycle Mfg. Co. in Celina. Her favorite pastimes included sewing, making crafts and caring for her lawn and flower garden. Above all, she loved spending time with her family. She will be remembered for making delicious noodles and her wonderful, ornery sense of humor.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon Saturday January 18, 2020 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Visitation 4-7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
