Debra Clutter
Debra J. Clutter, 62, of Rockford, Ohio, passed away Sunday evening, January 19, 2020, at Lima Memorial Hospital, where she was a patient - her husband, Neil, by her side.
She was born February 20, 1957, in Huntington County, Indiana, the daughter of Max and Doris (McCoy) Helms, both who preceded in death. On July 25, 2009, she married Neil Clutter who survives in Rockford.
Debra was a cook at a nursing facility for many years, as well as a homemaker, before her health deteriorated. She had lived here the past 34 years, coming from Warren, Indiana. She enjoyed the camping trips with Neil and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband Neil, are her children Chad (Jennifer) Ringo of Newell, West Virginia; Tanya Brunswick of Celina, Ohio; and Techia (Jeremy) Davis of Wallingford, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Samantha Ringo; Kaitlynn Ringo; Brennan Ringo; Zachary Davis; Andrea Davis; Chasidy Davis; Jada Pugh; Paiton Ringo; Tayah Ringo; Chad Ringo Jr.; Cole Ringo; and her great grandkids: Brantley Gause and Axel Gause. Surviving siblings are Linda (Dave) Dawson, Palacios, Texas; Jerry Sr. (Lee) Helms, Huntington, Indiana; Karen (John) Herrick, Ossian, Indiana; Dale (Barb) Helms, East Grandforks, Minnesota; Pam (Larry) Leyman, Bluffton, Indiana; Darwin Helms, Palacios, Texas, Lori Gray, Fort Wayne, Indiana; Mickey Helms, Texas; and Doug Helms, Mexico. Her mother-in-law, Lois Clutter survives, as do her brothers-in-law: Nathan Clutter and Jamie (Corrie) Clutter, along with many nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to her parents, Max and Doris Helms, are her father-in-law, Franklin Clutter, and a grandchild, Mylee Morgan.
Services for Debra will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, Ohio, with Rev. Rob Seewald officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Friends may call at the funeral home at 111 W. First Street in Rockford, on Friday, from 2-8 p.m., and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
