At 954 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newport, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Montra, Newbern, New Jerusalem, Lockington, Ridgeway, Woodstock, Botkins, Mount Victory, Millerstown, Kiser Lake State Park, Hardin, Pemberton, Piqua, West Mansfield, East Liberty, St. Paris, Logansville, Belle Center, North Lewisburg, and Lakeview.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 77 and 106.

Shirley Wicker
Shirley Wicker, 82, of Saint Marys, died 1:18 A.M. Friday, January 24, 2020, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born August 28, 1937, in Hollybush, Kentucky, the daughter of Lawrence and Elizabeth (Triplett) Slone. She married James Wicker, and he preceded her in death on May 11, 2017.
She is survived by her children: Gary (Sue) Wicker of Saint Marys; Eddie Wicker of Saint Marys; Tim Wicker of Saint Marys.
She is survived by her grandchildren: Jessie Wicker of Celina; Cathleen (Josh) Chisholm of Fort Wayne; James Wicker of Saint Marys; Henry (Pam) Wicker of Saint Marys; Anthony Wicker of Saint Marys; Jason (Debbie) Wicker of Celina. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.She is survived by her sister, JoAnn Kantner of Dayton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; by her siblings: Wayne Slone; Holland Slone; Berlin Slone; Charles Slone.
Shirley had worked at Huffy Manufacturing Company and also the former Valley Nursing Home. In later years she was a homemaker. She loved camping and cooking, and she was a member of Flagship Missionary Baptist Church in Saint Marys.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Alva Daniel, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
