IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Anna, Jackson Center, Russells Point, Botkins, Lakeview, Alger, Waynesfield, Belle Center, Chippewa Park, Roundhead, Montra, Jumbo, Walton, Maplewood, Mccartyville, New Hampshire, Swanders, Bloom Center, State Route 195 at State Route 235, and Lewistown.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 95 and 104.

CELINA - A Montezuma man charged with failure to stop after his vehicle struck a pedestrian changed his plea to guilty on Wednesday as part of a plea deal.
Harold Bashore, 70, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree felony charge of failure to stop after an accident. In exchange, prosecutors agreed to drop a minor misdemeanor charge of a right of way violation. [More]
