* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Marsee
Dorothy Marsee, 91, of Saint Marys, died 4:23 P.M. Thursday, January 30, 2020, at her residence.
She was born May 5, 1928, in York Township, Van Wert County, Ohio, the daughter of Pearl and Laura (Johnson) Brown. She married Roy Lee Marsee on February 5, 1946, in Fort Wayne, Indiana; he preceded her in death on December 29, 2015.
She is survived by her children: Janet Highley of Minster; Robert (Joan) Marsee of New London, Connecticut; DeWayne (Billie) Marsee of Saint Marys. She is survived by a step-son: Roy Lee (Barbara) Richards of Nottingham, England; a son-in-law: Terry Sauve of Simi Valley, California. She is survived by one brother: Herbert (Ginger) Brown of Van Wert; by her sisters-in-law: Barbara Brown and Betty Brown, both of Van Wert; Emma Cain of Pensacola, Florida; Carolyn (Rolley) Custer of Homosassa, Florida; by 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; by 5 step-grandchildren; 11 step-great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-great-grandchildren; by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a daughter: Sue Sauve; a grandson: Lance Sauve; by her daughter-in-law: Lee Marsee; her siblings: Lela Adelblue; Joseph Brown; Emmitt Brown; Arthur Brown; Buster Arnold Brown; Marcile Langwell; Raymond Brown; Leland Brown; Eugene Brown.
Dorothy attended school in Ohio City. She retired after 34 years of service at Goodyear Saint Marys. She loved spending time with her large family and her many friends, and she enjoyed playing cards and camping. She took meticulous care of her home, and she was life member of American Legion Auxiliary 323. She was a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church in Saint Marys.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, the Reverend Lynn Huffman, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Tuesday.
