CELINA - Elections officials have kept busy working behind the scenes the last few weeks to prepare for Tuesday's in-person absentee vote to complete the March 17 primary election.
Gov. Mike DeWine's administration had ordered the closing of in-person polls on March 17 - the day originally designated as the state's primary election day - to halt the spread of the coronavirus. [More]

15 cases in Mercer, 29 in Auglaize
CELINA - Auglaize and Mercer County health officials have reported one new positive coronavirus test in each county.
A man between the ages of 60 and 70 is the most recent person to test positive in Mercer County, bringing the county's total to 15 confirmed cases.
Americans drinking their way through pandemic
CELINA - When the state began to close businesses and schools in response to the coronavirus, local residents rushed to stores to stock up on supplies, giving priority to goods such as food, toilet paper and, apparently, alcohol.
